Yoga Teacher Training in the Himalayas
A complete, integrated yogic education in Rishikesh — rooted in the Himalayan yogic tradition and taught as a living path of transformation.
Sattva Yoga Academy is Anand Mehrotra’s Himalayan home for authentic yogic education in Rishikesh, India. These trainings are designed as a complete immersion into yoga as it was meant to be lived — where asana, pranayama (breathwork), kriya, mantra (Naad Yoga), meditation, philosophy, and subtle science are not separated, but woven into one integrated path. This is not a “certificate factory.” The aim is to cultivate practitioners and teachers who teach from embodiment, clarity, and inner experience — with the discipline and maturity required to guide others responsibly.
What Makes This Training Himalayan & Integrated
- Himalayan yogic tradition: Yoga is approached as a technology of transformation — not a fitness style.
- Integrated methodology: Movement, breath, sound, stillness, and wisdom teachings are trained together.
- Transmission through experience: Students are trained to practice, integrate, and embody.
- Ethics + responsibility: Teaching is approached as service and leadership.
- Sadhana-based education: Consistency, discipline, and inner alignment are central.
Who This Is For
