Anand Mehrotra – Himalayan Yoga Master & Spiritual Guide

Advanced Sadhanas with Anand Mehrotra

A deepening of practice rooted in Himalayan yogic technology — guided with precision, integrity, and inner refinement.

Advanced sadhanas are not casual courses. They are disciplined commitments that refine the practitioner’s perception, devotion, and responsibility. These offerings are shared selectively, often once a year, depending on timing, readiness, and the integrity of the field.
They may include mantra, ritual precision, devotional intelligence (bhakti), deep inner discipline, and continuation practices beyond the immersion.

Eligibility

These offerings are generally open to practitioners who:

Have maintained a consistent one-year sadhana practice

Are ready for discipline, humility, and continuity

Understand initiation as responsibility, not status

  • An additional initiator training component for qualifying advanced students / master teachers (when applicable)

Past Offerings

These have been offered in previous years and may return when the field and timing are appropriate. They are shared here to give a sense of the depth and range of the path — not as current availability.

Life of Abundance — Shri Suktam

A mantra-based devotional sadhana from the Vedic tradition, approached as an inner alignment practice — not a “manifestation technique.” Shri Suktam works on refining one’s relationship with prosperity, stability, and right order (ṛta) by purifying intention, strengthening gratitude, and cultivating steadiness in daily life.

In this immersion, the emphasis is on precision of sound (naad), discipline of repetition (japa), and devotional intelligence (bhakti) — allowing abundance to arise as a natural reflection of inner coherence.

Goddess Nitya Devi

A disciplined Devi-based sadhana that brings the Divine Feminine into daily continuity — not as an idea, but as lived relationship. “Nitya” points to what is daily and ever-present; the practice cultivates consistency, inner protection, clarity, and a refined devotional field.

This offering typically supports practitioners in building regular ritual rhythm, strengthening attention, and transforming everyday life into practice through mantra, devotion, and sustained inner remembrance.

Saundarya Lahari

A profound contemplative journey into Shakti through one of the most revered tantric hymns — integrating mantra, meaning, and refined perception. Saundarya Lahari is not studied for information alone; it is engaged as a living text that awakens subtle sensitivity, inner beauty-consciousness, and direct insight.

In past offerings, the focus has been on the devotional-tantric intelligence of the hymn, guiding practitioners toward deeper stillness, reverence, and alignment with the feminine principle as consciousness itself.
Note: Advanced sadhanas are announced only when active. Past offerings are shared here for context, not as current availability.*
