2. Do You Charge a Call-Out Fee?
When you contact us, and we arrive at your home or business, you do not have to worry about any call-out fees. Some plumbers and gas fitters charge a call-out fee, which is an added cost when they look at your faulty hot water system or pipe. We don’t. All you have to pay is the cost of repair or any work we do for you.
3. What Areas Do You Service?
We provide our plumbing and gas fitting services to Perth areas, specifically from the suburbs of Rockingham to Yanchep to Mundaring. We are a local business, which makes it easy for us to find your location. Don’t hesitate to call for our help no matter what time of the day it may be.
4. What Payment Options are Available?
At Perth Local Plumbing & Gas, we strive to make all dealings as easy as possible. Many of our customers prefer to make payments via card facilities for safe and secure transactions. We use Square, which enables us to accept card payments as quickly and as painless as possible. It’s a useful facility for contactless payments.
5. What are Your Fees?
Prices vary depending on the service provided. However, we have a very competitive deal for all our customers. We offer a minimum charge of $130, which already includes GST and 15 minutes of labour. We charge an additional $30 for every 15 minutes after that, equivalent to $120 per hour. This sample calculation applies to basic work. Certain types of machinery or equipment used may add to the stated charge.
6. Do You Offer a Warranty?
Yes, we offer a warranty for specific jobs and requirements. Some may not be covered by a warranty, but we are confident that we are the most qualified to perform repairs and maintenance.
