- ID Requirement: A valid government-issued photo ID/ Passport is required at check-in.
- Prohibited Items: Alcohol, smoking, and non-vegetarian food are not permitted on the premises.
- Quiet Hours: Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, especially after 10:00 PM.
- Damages: Any damage to the property will be assessed and charged to the guest accordingly.
- Image Usage Consent: By booking your stay and using any amenities—including the pool, restaurant, café, rooms, dormitories, or common spaces—you consent to the use of photographs or videos that may feature you in promotional, marketing, or archival materials for Sattva Retreat. We strive to use such content respectfully and tastefully. If you wish to opt out, please inform the staff at check-in.
- Final Authority: All decisions regarding bookings, usage of facilities, guest conduct, and policy interpretation lie solely with the Sattva Retreat staff. Their decision will be considered final in all matters.
