Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date: Full refund minus any transaction fees.
- Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat start date: No refund.
In cases of unforeseen emergencies, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our reservations team for assistance.
